If you ever decide to cancel your MCK Sub Club subscription (we’ll be sad to see you go!), it’s super easy.
- Click any green “Manage My MCK Sub Club” button in our emails.
- Choose More Actions (in blue) → Cancel and follow the steps.
- Or log into your store account anytime and cancel from there.
No awkward forms, no hidden hoops.
As all the eBooks & video are instant downloads - we. do NOT OFFER refunds BUT
You’ll keep every download and bonus you’ve already received. 💚
The official details
1) Subscription & Access
By joining the MCK Sub Club, you agree to a recurring subscription (monthly unless otherwise stated) that provides instant access to digital downloads, bonus giveaways, and other member benefits.
2) Cancellation
You may cancel at any time using the GREEN Manage My MCK Sub Club button- link in your emails which send you to your account page - then on the top right hand side - SELECT the More Actions tab - then CANCEL and follow instructions. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You won’t be billed again and you’ll retain access until the period ends AND KEEP FORVER all your previous content.
3) No Refunds for Digital Content
Because you receive immediate access to digital materials, all sales are final once payment is processed. Refunds are not offered for digital subscriptions.
4) Keep What You’ve Earned
After cancellation, you keep all digital downloads and bonus giveaways you’ve already received (including 3-, 6-, or 12-month gifts), under the licence terms below.
5) Changes to Benefits or Pricing
MCK Sub Club may modify features, benefits, giveaways, or pricing over time. If pricing increases for existing members, we’ll notify you in advance so you can cancel before the change takes effect. (We have to put this BUT I have NO INTENTION of raising the price)
6) Licence & Usage Rights
Downloads are provided under a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence for personal, non-commercial use. Re-selling, redistributing, or sharing the files is not permitted.
7) Faulty Files or Technical Issues
If a file is corrupted or doesn’t match its description, contact us info(at) mycousinkate (dot) com and we’ll repair or replace it promptly.
8) Solo Creator Note
MCK Sub Club is a one-person creative venture. If unforeseen issues require pausing or ending memberships, we’ll communicate promptly and may offer a pro-rata credit or alternate benefit for any unused portion of the current period.
