🍏 On iPhones

• Tap the blue words ending in .pdf or .mp4 within the email.
• When the file opens, tap Share → Save to Files (choose On My iPhone or iCloud Drive).
• For videos, open the Files app to play or share with your TV.
• For PDFs/EPUBs, open in Books or your preferred reader.

🤖 On Android Phones / Tablets

• Tap the blue words ending in .pdf or .mp4 within the email.
• The file saves automatically to Downloads (check your Files app).
• Open videos in your Gallery or Video app.
• Open PDFs in Google Drive PDF Viewer or Books.

💻 On Windows or Mac

• Click the blue words ending in .pdf or .mp4 within the email.
• Choose Save / Save As and pick a folder (e.g. Documents → My Cousin Kate).
• Double-click to open:
  • PDF / EPUB – Books, Adobe Reader or Preview
  • MP4 – QuickTime or Movies app

Tip: Create a “My Cousin Kate” folder so everything’s easy to find later.

1. From any email we send you, click the green button with yellow letters that says CLICK HERE TO MANAGE YOUR MCK SUB CLUB.
2. You’ll be taken to your account page where you can manage everything.
3. On the top left you can:
   • See the date of your next story (eBook + video).
   • View all upcoming delivery dates.
4. Below this (left side) you’ll see a section titled DRIPS — this is where you can also download this month’s files by clicking the blue links.
5. On the top right:
   • Pause – temporarily pause your subscription.
   • More Actions – click to:
     • Cancel anytime (though why would you when it costs less than a Mocha Frappuccino? 😉)
     • Update Payment Details if your card has changed so you never miss a story.
6. In the middle right you’ll see Past Orders — click View to open details of previous orders.
8. If you have trouble saving files, please Google “how to save files on [iPhone / Android / Mac / Windows]”.
